Courses are offered in both Neptune and Belle Mead.
As a licensed real estate agent you can work in:
- a real estate office,
- a property management company,
- a mortgage lender’s office,
- an appraisal company
- and many other firms involved with real estate matters.
This course is also good for gaining a basic knowledge of real estate. This course covers New Jersey real estate law and rules and regulations.
Also covered are agency, ethics, contracts, appraisal, federal law, fair housing, title, taxes, deeds, ownership methods, mortgage financing, and many other related subjects.
Completion of the Pre-License course qualifies the student to take the State Examination
