Elliott Caplan, Director /Instructor
Elliott has been an active member of the real estate community for over ten years . He has served on, and chaired, committees at the local and state levels. He is very proud of having served on the Real Estate Commission’s task force for continuing education which was instrumental in bringing CE to New Jersey. Elliott has been teaching Broker and Pre-licensing classes for more than five years.

 

Jon Day, Associate Director/Instructor
Jon has his Bachelors degree in Education and his Masters in Administration. After reaching the top in administration, Jon changed his profession to sell real estate. After studying for his Broker’s license he was inspired to get back to his roots as an educator. In 2009 Jon got his Instructors license and works daily to inspire those getting in to the business or furthering their professionalism. Jon believes the only way to grow in the profession is to be constantly learning and practicing your craft.

Frank Glaush, Instructor
Frank has a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering and worked as a Project Manager. In 1999 he purchased a building with four apartments and a restaurant where he became an entrepreneur and managed the restaurant. While managing the restaurant he studied for his Salesperson license and began a real estate profession. After selling the apartment building and restaurant he began working real estate full time and studied for his Broker’s license. Inspired by the possibility of assisting others he received his instructors license and currently enjoys helping others to begin their real estate career or take their current career to the next level.

Vivian Ruggeri, Instructor
Vivian has her Bachelors degree in education and was a math teacher at a private school. Prior to retiring from teaching she began a second career as a Realtor®. She then earned both her Broker’s and Instructor’s licenses. She has become a student of “Real Estate” and shares all that she has learned with her students.
