Elliott has been an active member of the real estate community for over ten years . He has served on, and chaired, committees at the local and state levels. He is very proud of having served on the Real Estate Commission’s task force for continuing education which was instrumental in bringing CE to New Jersey. Elliott has been teaching Broker and Pre-licensing classes for more than five years.
Vivian Ruggeri
Instructor
Vivian has her Bachelors degree in education and was a math teacher at a private school. Prior to retiring from teaching she began a second career as a Realtor®. She then earned both her Broker’s and Instructor’s licenses. She has become a student of “Real Estate” and shares all that she has learned with her students.
Dorothy “Dot” Nicklus
Instructor
Dot is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute, earning the GRI Designation and holds a Masters degree in Management Science. Practical experience is brought into the classroom through her 25 years of brokerage experience.
Dr. Jim Pillar
Instructor
Jim has been working in the field of Higher Education for over two decades. He started in the classroom teaching Information Technology, while serving as a Housing Administrator at a local university. Jim has taught Real Estate licensing and continuing education.
