I have a buyer that I have been taking out for over a month. I have shown her over 25 properties.

I took her to one and she said she had seen this one with another Realtor more than a month ago. I continued to show her other properties.

Now that she has seen so many houses she is considering the property she saw with the other agent. She told me that she has not spoken with the other agent for over a month.

If she decides to put in an offer on the house that she saw with me and the other agent will we have to split the commission?
